About the Team
The Marketing Team is responsible for the entire brand positioning strategy, user acquisition, and retention, leading the Performance, Analytics, Public Relations, Internal Communications, Social Networks, CRM, Employer Branding, and Product Marketing fronts. Our objective is to build a brand that has market recognition for the positions it defends and that supports the company's revenue growth and expansion.
About the Role
The Content Marketing and Social Media Senior Analyst is responsible for overseeing a company's interactions with the public by implementing social media platforms' content strategies and helping build a robust message system for all our direct channels with customers and partners. The duties also include analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions, and planning digital campaigns to build community online.

Take care of the multichannel strategy of the products, taking into account the specificities of the brand ecosystem;
Tell stories across platforms to increase customer and user engagement with our brand;
Ensure consistency in brand communications;
Maintain constant alignment with the Product and Commercial Teams;
Understand and apply Inbound Marketing ROI;
Build a consistent Content Calendar that covers all channels and the company’s needs;
Define personas and address identified needs and opportunities with relevant content and presence;
Bring the brand into the business context without losing focus on the customer;
Copywriting and proofreading.
What We Are Looking For
3-4 years of experience as a content and comms analyst
Must be fluent in the content, social media, and comms systems
Hands-on experience with copywriting and content production
Being a Twitter-heavy-user is a plus
English and German are mandatory.
