About the Position

As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for creating and developing innovative product designs for our company. You will be responsible for planning, sketching, and creating prototypes for products, as well as creating detailed drawings and specs for production. You will be expected to work closely with other teams to ensure that products meet customer needs and standards, as well as overseeing production to ensure product quality.

You should have strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a creative and innovative eye. You should also be familiar with industry-standard software and tools, such as Figma. Additionally, you should have experience working with user experience design principles, and have the ability to create user stories and design flows.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the design of complex and innovative product experiences, utilizing a user-centred design approach

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and solve user needs, and to create, test and iterate on design solutions

• Use Figma to create wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes

• Lead research and discovery efforts to understand user needs, behaviours, and pain points

• Communicate design decisions and rationale effectively to stakeholders and team members

• Continuously stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product design

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in product design

• Proven work experience in product design

• Focusing on outcome rather output driven mindset

• Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking, problem-solving, and execution skills

• Expertise in Figma and other design tools

• Experience leading user research and product discovery efforts

• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills

• Passion for creating simple, elegant, and intuitive product experiences

• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, Agile environment
