About the Position

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

As the Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for both product planning and to manage the entire life cycle of one product. You're responsible for gathering customer requirements and defining their vision with engineering, as well as overseeing product strategy, pricing and positioning strategies.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the entire product development process, from concept to launch

• Apply continuous product discovery to constantly improve the product

• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes

• Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners

• Work hand in hand with design and engineering to create, define and develop new product features

• Develop product pricing and positioning strategies

• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact

• Drive product launches including working with tech, marketing, PR and the management team

• Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed

• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding

• Confirm with the legal team that planned activities are in line with regulations

• Represent CURE by talking to customers to get feedback on products and services

What We Are Looking For

• Ideally 5+ years of experience in product management or similar role

• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle

• Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate to the management team

• Strong analytical skills in working with product management and improvement related data

• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done

• Well-organized, with strong attention to detail while having a feeling of responsibility

• Excellent communication skills, open, friendly personality with global mindset

• Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization

• Focusing on outcome rather output driven mindset

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent (STEM) would be preferred

• Fluency in English, knowledge of German would be ideal
